the currently published scientific literature to determine what

Healing Today has provided Reiki classes and attunements to hundreds
of students since 1999.

The next Reiki level 1 workshop in Seattle will be on July 10, from
10am-3pm, at the Good Shepherd Center (directions sent with
confirmation). The fee is only $75 and this includes handout,
attunement, and certificate. The class is inclusive and at the end of
the day you will leave with your certificate. A level 2 class will
also be held on Saturday.

A level 3 class (Reiki Master) will be held on Sunday, July 11.

The classes are traditional Usui Reiki and will be taught by Richard
C. Fiallo, Reiki Master. Richard has been teaching and sharing Reiki
with others since 1999 and has personally attuned over 1000 different
students. The classes are always fun, informing and include lots of
hands-on experience.

High blood pressure, also known as hypertension, affects over 65
million people in this country. It is sometimes referred to as the
"silent killer" because a lot of people that have it are unaware of
their condition. According to the American Heart Association (AHA),
blood pressure is the pressure of the blood against the walls of the
arteries. When you have your blood pressure tested it is reported as
two numbers, systolic and diastolic. One is created when the heart
pumps blood into the circulatory system and the other is the force of
the arteries as they resist blood flow.
