A new French study recently released show that some sunlight and
supplementation with vitamin D is effective in reducing the risk of
contracting breast cancer.

There have been several other studies that have indicated vitamin D
levels can reduce the risk of some cancers including breast cancer.
Experts have been split on weather it is more advisable to get vitamin
D through sunlight or by orally taking this very affordable
supplement.
