In order to beat the heat of the summer, choose the right foods which
keep you hydrated and healthy during summer season. As the temperature
goes up, we generally used to takes ice cubes, cool diet soda, and try
to get in for air conditioning. No doubt, it cools down our body
temperature quickly, and if you come out of air conditioning, body
temperature shoots up, but for taking right foods, it cools down the
body internally as well as externally and provides great relief from
heat of the summer.

Nutritionists recommend the following guidelines and right foods that
not only keep cool down the body and to get relief due to rise of
mercury levels during summer, but also maintains general health. The
consumption of only liquids during summer might lead to the
constriction of blood vessels and slows down the heat loss from the
body. So it is better to choose the right foods, which check the
temperature from rising, and make you, look good and make you free
from odor and smell. Odorous or bad smell due to sweating is caused
due the lack of zinc in the foods, you have chosen for diet. One
should get relief from bad smell sweating by choosing the foods that
are enriched with zinc.

Cool summer foods are; with the inclusion of foods such as Oats
breakfast to be taken with milk, or wheat bran, watermelon, shell
fish, pea nuts, almonds and sprouts in the diet, which are good source
of zinc, would prevent from bad odor and smell due to sweating. Let us
