They are SIMPLE ways to burn calories in addition to an exercise and
nutrition program and can be done during your working day. Your
article has a number of flaws in it, one of which being using the BMI
as a form of measuring if you are overweight - the BMI is widely
discredited due to its over simplification and inaccuracy.This is one
of a number of inaccuracies in your article which I feel has little or
no value.
