Hi guys,
I have been contacted recently by a number of clients whose target is
to tone up there abs and get themselves on the road to that 6 pack. So
I thought I would post a couple of simple exercises that you can do at
home with no equipment.
The first one is the plank - a very simple exercise that is perfect
for building core strength.
My other pick of the abdominal exercises is the russian twist, I love
this as it works not only the front of the abdominals but also tones
the obliques and can help rid you of those muffin tops!
