Re: [NH] candida diet

Hello Teina:
You can not not go wrong adding lots of fresh fruits an vegetables to your daily meals and snacks. You are certaily right, sometimes baby steps are needed to re-introduce healthy products in your diet. Try to replace one unhealthy item at a time with one that is more natural and healthy.
You can also try adding organic suppplements to ensure that the whole family is getting the proper nutrients to stay healthy.
Best wishes.
Rene

Does anyone have tips and/or menus and recipes for someone trying to
rid their body of candida. As simple and baby steps as possible,  I am
feeding a family who is not ready to give up their eating habits just
yet but probably will eventually after I do it.  I want to cut out
sugars and bad carbs, is there anyone with experience at this?  I
appreciate all input!
