Recommended Fruits and Vegetables for Pregnant Women:

Gynecologists or Doctors or generally advise pregnant women to include
the following fruits and vegetables during their tenure of pregnancy
in their regular diet. As these fruits and vegetables is considered as
best not only for them but also to the baby. These fruits and
vegetables provide all the goodness of micro and macro nutrients and
energy that is required for good growth of baby and also maintain good
health for pregnant women.

The following fruits and vegetables are power packed with all
